4x4 Reg Cab & Manual tranny

What part of the country would I find a -Laraimie 4x4 Reg Cab & Manual tranny
and of course have a Cummins. Around the Bay Area seems just about every lot only have Quad Cabs and short beds and 99.9% are Automatics.
