I'm always teasing my girlfriend that she drives like a girl, rides horses like a girl, throws like a girl .......... yadda yadda, you get the point. Her response is always [in a sweet voice] "I am a girl"
To try and make this short, I had new tires put on like 6 weeks ago. I woke up on Sunday morning to a LF flat. I pulled it to the garage expecting to plug a tire when I found a bad stem. I pulled the tire and threw it on the tailgate of her '01 Chevy and broke the cables
There was a recall on these cables BTW. So this morning I take her truck in town to get the valve stem fixed on my truck. I said "take my truck to work this evening (she is a nurse) and I'll run yours to Circleville and get the tailgate cables fixed.
So, I got mine fixed, hers fixed and took in my daugthers HS softball game before getting home this evening to find a message from her wanting me to call the hospital.
For those that know the area ............ she drives from Chillicothe south on 23 and west on 32 (Appalachian Highway, fairly decent grades) to Brown County, close to Cincinnati (agency nursing).
Anyway, I call and she comes to the phone and says .........
"I don't drive like a girl anymore" .......
I said "what do you mean", thinking she had bounced through a ditch or something
she said "well, I was following a truck load of construction type guys in a new Chevy crew cab down 23 ...........
I'm like "yeah"???? still not completely sure where this is going
well she said "we pulled onto 32 and when I went to pass, he kept messing with me ........... he'd speed up, I'd speed up, he'd speed up, I'd speed up ............... until I finally just nailed it!!"
She claimed she blew his doors up to about 95 and slowed it back down only to get four guys giving her the thumbs up, LMFAO. (I'm sure they saw the Calvin/Banks sticker in the back window too, LOL)

I said cool!!!!!!! Cool ****in beans!!!!!!!!! But, now honey, you keep talking about a bigger horse trailer and you know the EZ is limited, the Juice is non-existent so we need the new Quad box pretty bad
she said "I know"
It's so much easier to get the BOMB nod if the lady likes the power too
