Wheel locks useless now?

Looking around PEP Boys the other day and they now sell the sockets (with the blades in them) to remove (any) wheel locks. It says to use if you loose you wheel lock key, yeah right. Thanks PEP Boys for making it easier for thieves. Just my .02.
