Electrical Gremlin: Door lock and RH blinker

About two weeks ago I started having two periodic issues:
1: Every now and then, when I get out of my truck and press the keyless lock button, I hear a low level beep tone that seems to be coming from inside the door. Its too short for me to track it so far - and after I hear it, I cant get it to occur again.

2: Also periodically, my RH turn signal wont work. I engage it, and it stays in the "locked" position, but the blinker isnt working. This also is sporadic and I havent been able to replicate it on demand yet.

ANy one have any similar issues yet?

BTW: pushing 48K on mine, mileage is actually getting worse (running@15.5 hand calc'd). Limited slip is now horrible after changing over to Amsoil (shudders around EVERY corner if I have any throttle on it).
