Track Bar Bushings

Is it possible to get oem or aftermarket track bar bushings for a 3rd gen? My track bar bolts have worn the bushings to a point where they have become sloppy so I would like to replace only the bushings. Is the Energy Suspension bushing for the 2nd gen the same size? Thanks for the help.
