Rancho RS 9000 shocks installed

I finally installed my Rancho RS9000 shocks with the in-cab controller, and they seem to work fine. While I know everybody has their own tastes on such things, I'd like to know what others who have this system installed on their trucks run the shocks at (pressure-wise) while both loaded and unloaded.
