Boost bolt - Geno's doesn't include it?

Problem!
I just purchased an Auto Meter boost guage, and now I'm stuck in the middle of my install. The description in the Geno's catalog said a "RLT boost bolt is included for all 98.5 and up installations".

Is this the same "boost bolt" I hear of that is needed for 3gen'ers?

These are the parts that are leftover, nothing fits into the bolt that I took out on the manifold.
