06/03 Dually Fender Differences?

The 03 dually apparently has larger rear fenders then others as Torklift had to make a special bracket to move the tie down anchor point farther back on some campers so that the tie down would clear the fenders. I know there have been some “minor” changes to the body since 03. Does the 06 use the same size fenders?
