Regular Cab owners -- Shout Out!

I've put considerable amount of miles on 3 different Ext. Cab (4-door suicide door style) trucks over the last 5 years, and am now trying to decide between Mega-Cab, and a Regular Cab.

Do you ever wish you had more room? Is there alot of road noise from the back glass?
