3rd Gen 19.5" wheel owners QUESTIONS

For those who have 19.5 wheels I have a few questions. I'm really interested in getting these wheels and I have read different posts about fuel mileage, tire wear, and overall happiness or lack thereof. So lets get em together on 1 post.
1. Did you gain fuel mileage by running 19.5's and how much? Empty and Towing.
2. How many miles can you expect out of a set of tires?
3. How is the ride now vs. stock?
4. Would you do it again?
5. What size tire is best for overall use (highway w/ some off road)
6. What is the biggest size tire you can clear with a leveling kit?
Sorry for so many questions but, its a pretty big investment and I want to make sure this is what I want.
