Paint Warranty???

The paint on my '05 looks TERRIBLE. It scratches and chips and peels so easy, it's sick. My '98 was WAY better than my new one. Does Dodge have some kind of warranty on the paint? It's an '05 with 35000 km on it, and was bought new is September. This has been mostly highway miles, with some gravel, but not much.
