Cheap receiver mount winch plate

I'm looking for a cheap receiver hitch mounting plate for a cheapo Harbor Freight Tools winch. I want to use this for pulling rocks and logs uphill not necessarily for vehicle recovery. I don't want to mount a receiver tube in the front, I just want to use the 2" factory tow hitch. I'm also wondering if it will get enough juice after running some 4gauge cable from the front to the back of the truck. The Warn and Superwinch plates are nice but they are a bit pricey and I dont even know if the HF winch will bolt up to them.
