The dark side

I admit...I'm thinking of going to the dark side..you know....something with over 12 valves

.....I am thinking of swaping my truck for an 04, four door automatic, 4wd with 110K miles.

The only reason is three kids and a wife that hates my five speed. It may be time to get something with more room and that the wife can drive.

My truck and the one i'm lookin at are very clean.

What should I be able to get for my truck...with mods.

I think I might be able to do it for 10-11K difference....

Any opinions? Anyone hear of any problems with the 04's?
