Amsoil users, my first oil change, witch to go with?

Im comeing up on my fisrt oil change and want to run full synthetic Amsoil but i see they have 5W-30 and 15w-40 witch should i use? I dont tow alot and no modds yet

. And what tranny and diff fluid should i use? My friend is a Wix filter dealer, are these a good choice or should i look else where?
