Seat Fix

I have 04 quad cab, 4X4 with the leather interior with about 45K miles. The seats are the problem. The drivers seat feels like a modified bench seat. I feel like I am sinking down the crack in the back of the seat.

Has anyone redone the padding or redid the seats somehow to be more comfortable
