creaking noises @ left side interior, anyone?

Hello all. My '04.5's interior was absolutley noise free-until yesterday. It is a creak that sounds like it's coming from under the dash or from under the seat, and usually happens most when coming to a stop or while going over larger bumps. I think it might the drivers seat because when I lower it all the way ("premium"

bench) it seems to stop. I usually have the front of the seat about 50% up and the back all down.
Is anyone else having any problems with rattles and creaks too?

BTW, I'm experiencing the seat foam (steel rail in the butt) going away too.
