03 4X4 center consol removal for Gear Vendor

I'm putting a Gear Vendors unit in an 03 automatic...I need to make a 4X4 lock out switch on the 4X4 selector ,but I dont know how to get the plastic bezel off the floor ...I want to use a micro switch under it because it's inside the cab ....unless anyone figured a better way... as the switch on the transfer case uses TTL logic to the computer ..IE. 4 volts engaged ..6volts disengaged ..GV just uses good ol 12 volts and thats what it needs to lock out...thanks.........
