moldy smell

Truck is usually covered but left out at fabricators for a couple months and recently a week or two of rain. Stinks now. Lifted a matt and smelled rear passenger side carpet...it stunk...water must be coming in somewhere. Is there a common leak area? I have rear slider and 3500 clearance lights. George
