hubcaps for H2 rims?

I have been running H2 rims for 2 years now. The rear caps dont fit at all and I'd prefer ones that dont say hummer.

Anyone know of something that would fit, or where to look? A quick asking to the guys at my local tire shop offerd up blank stares.
