Intank LP retrofit

Is there another vent that is part of the kit added to the tank when the intank retro is done? Have a leak from the rear part of tank when I stuff it, has the vent kit mod, but it is not from that. Stuck my nose up around there as good as I could today and noticed what appears to be another vent on top I don't recall being there before, anyone have a pic of the tank out of the truck?
