Anybody tried a doug thorley turbo back?

I am looking to put on a turbo back system on my 03 soon. I want a muscular sound but little to no drone, so I am looking at 4" systems. I saw good prices on the DOug THorley kit, aluminized for under 300 bucks. how does it fit?sound? DOes MBRP drone on the hwy empty? BULLYDOG? WIll I gain mileage?
