Outsdie Temperature sensor

My outside temperature reads 30 to 40 degrees high. Does anyone know of a way to calibrate it? The sensor seems to be on the left of the rad brasket and it did get crunched there last summer, could be it has given up the gohst.

My '99 did a similat thing and I held the reset button in for a while and it recalibrated. Dosen't work here. I seem to get a compass adjustment when I do that.

Any idesa would be appreciated.
