Strange A/C problem

Every time I crank my 06 with the ac on and in the rec. mode it will switch between fresh air and rec. mode one time and then two minutes later it will do the same thing two more times in a row.

Dealer looked at last summer and changed rec. door-but this did not fix it. Any opions before I take it back in?
