Broken Windshield

The 05 has been sitting for 2 or 3 weeks.... in the driveway..... I went to move it this morning and there is a crack in the windshield from above the mirror mount about an inch from the edge of the glass..... the crack runs vertically from that point due south as I'd put it towards the cowl to a point about 2 inches from the edge close to the cowl...

If I didn't know better, I'd say someone put a straight edge on the windshield with a level and a glass cutter and scribed a line.....

There are no marks on the outside of the glass like it had been hit with a rock, BB, or anything else.....

We have a glass company that does the trucks for us when we 3 or more and charges us 125 - 160 per windshield based on the model and do it in our shop...

I've only seen this kind of break 3 other times and they were stress breaks in glass in hot rods etc.... where the windshield was pinched.... or under stress...

Anyone else had this kind of problem.... BTW - this is the 3rd spring I've owned this truck.....
