Bilstein?
Okay, Its time for shocks (probably overdue).
Not questioning which brand, I am sold on the quality of Bilstein
The question is, Which one? The silver or the yellow?
They are not that different in cost, that is not the issue.
I do about 10% mild to moderate offroad, mostly to get to a fishing or hunting spot, 15% towing. The rest is mostly highway and some in town.
It would seem that either should do just fine
Regarding the silver: to my understanding they were originally for the 1500 and re-valved for the 2500/3500 (correct?). Are the ones sold by say Geno's the same as those sold by shox.com or shockwarehouse.com. They all bear the same part numbers, which leads me to believe they are the same. I like Geno's, but the other 2 places are significantly lower in price.
Thanks for any input or opinions.
Gary
