ram air scoop for 04 2500

Smile ram air scoop for 04 2500
Does anybody have any ideas on how to make a ram air scoop or where I can buy one? I have a S&B cold air intake and it just has one big hole on the side towards the fender, I was thinking of cutting a hole in the bottom and making a ram air system for it. I just need a little advice.
Any advice will be appreciated.

I have a 04 ram 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 Auto. Banks Six Gun with Speed Loader, S&B cold air intake, 2" leveling kit, and 315/70/17's
