Quad Cab rear seats

If this is posted somewhere else please forward it.. I searched but didn't come up with anything.
Problem: Rear seat in my 03 Quad cab is getting complaints from kids and wife...NOW that the kids are above the 10yr mark seems they need more room or at least a more cushy seat than plywood.
I don't have the $$$ to run out and buy myself a new Mega Cab...and the fact that I have this truck modded to where I want it. So I was thinking about finding an alternative for making the rear seat more comfortable.
Has anyone done this yet ? or at least know of where I can get some materials to do it myself? I was thinking along the lines of maybe getting hold of some of that memory foam they use in mattress coverings ???

Any advice is welcome...
