Oil Extender ? !

I recently ran across (on another website I believe) the results of oil analysis done on Power Service Diesel Oil Extender. The results were as follows:
Calcium 6281 ppm
Magnesium 736 ppm
Phosphorus 3548 ppm
Zinc 3347 ppm

After reading the oil analysis in issue 57 and having a very basic understanding of additives this seems like a good additive. Could it be added to CJ to bring it up a little? Or as it seems CI-4 is back on the market should I just stock up and not bother with the added expense?
