Truck was stolen in Knoxville, tn

Ive been out of the country and away from the forums for a while, but I know you guys can feel my pain. My truck was stolen last night from my friends driveway in Knoxville Tn.

I have not started the new job yet so I'll probably buy used. What is considered the sweet spot in third gen 5.9 models?

Any Advice in dealing with the insurance would be most appreciated.
