Lumbar Seat Control

I just got my seat fixed aka (lumbar seat control) and now it is like it is halfway on (pushing my back real hard, won't soften up.) When I bought the truck the lumbar was broken, but the seat was comfortable. Now it just hurts my back. Any suggestions on what to do? I don't know how to take the lumbar control out. The dealer fixed it under warrantee now I wish I never got it fixed. Thanks.
