Anyone sell or trade an 05 recently?

My dad is moving from Cali to North Carolina this week, and was dragging a 26' toy hauler with his old Bronco. By the time he had reached Kingman, AZ he was calling me asking why I had bought a diesel and what I liked about my truck. I figured he would end up buying a new (or new to him) rig pretty soon...He had only been able to manage 55mph or so over most of the trip.

So he called again yesterday saying he had bought a white 05 3500 quad cad, 2wd, 6 spd, SLT w/ 101k miles. Not sure if its a long or short bed, but I kinda think it might be short... He said the dealer told him they replaced the injection pump...

The carfax came up as a one commercial owner, so I was just wondering if anyone on here happens to know anymore about it? We'll be getting another member here as soon as he pulls into NC!
