Wierd drive tonight...

Hey guys, was wanting to get some opinions on a situation I just had with my truck tonight. I was driving to work, normal route. I hit 60mph and the truck just felt different. By 65mph the whole truck was vibrating. Felt like I might be getting a flat tire. Slowed down to 55 and it was smooth as silk...? Slowly started to accelerate again and at somewhere like 60-65mph it was there again. Not violent like those with death wobble have described. Just shaky and vibrations like going over a rough grooved surface too fast. So I got off the highway asap. Pulled off into a well lighted parking lot and checked everything out. All seemed fine. Now I'm scratching my head. So I get back on the highway and it's gone. Rides fine at any speed, smooth as normal. The only thing I can think of is I ran over a speed bump a little too fast (maybe 25mph) because I didn't see it, so could this have thrown something off for a short time? At first I thought flat tire, obviously not, then slight death wobble, though I have dual fox steering stabilizers with my KORE setup. I thought maybe tire out of balance, but now that it's fine again, what should I do or look for? Tires are Nitto Terra Grapplers 285's with maybe 10k on them and usually run 70psi all around but haven't check pressure in probably 3 months (my fault)... Ball joints going south? Driveshaft u-joints? Any ideas appreciated.... Thanks.
