Hoods the same??

Hey all, I need to know if the hood on a 2004 truck is the same as a 2007, primarily the way the grille fits. I have sourced all the parts to update the front of my truck to a 2006+. I just don't know if the newer grille will fit my hood. I also have to research headlamp connectors, but I think they should be the same (hopefully, still checking). Thanks guys, Marc.
