DULLY bed take offs

OK so been a member for about a yr now. Have had the truck almost 2 and this site has been such a great place to have all my questions answered. but now to the reason for my first post. Over the weekend I was rear ended while pulling my horse trailer in some pretty bad conditions. The semi that hit me drove up inside the trailer

and caused the hitch to fail and slamed the goose neck of the trailer into the bed bumper and tail gate. So I am looking to u guys for some good leads on where to find dully bed take offs. I'm hoping to find it in OH MI western PA or well with in 5-6 one way. So lay it on me and know I'm very thankful in advanced.
