07 5.9 vs. 07.5 6.7 pricing .....

On the 07's, would a 5.9 automatic cost the same as a 6.7 automatic if the trucks were otherwise identical ??

In other words, did the 6.7 and new 6 spd automatic cost more than the old 5.9 and 48re. I know they have that Bluetec price added in there, but other than that is there any difference in the price?
