Another Valve Stem Question??

I have 05 dually. I already have the metal high pressure valve stems!
I still have a problem getting to the inside-back tire.
Here's the question--I can get a (6") metal valve extension--do you think it would cause a problem??-like being to heavy?? for the rotating mass??
