E3 Fuel additive and fuel efficiency

Hey all, check out this website. Claims that the additive will raise fuel efficiency by one third in diesel engines and gas engines.
E3 Fuel Science Research Inc.

Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone tried it and if so, does it really work?
