Front Axel Universal

I have a front axel universal going bad, anyone had problems with the front axels. I did a search and came up empty.
If you have replaced yours are they available with grease fittings?

At 49,000 miles all universals including front axels were replaced under warranty by DC with OEM units, now have 90,000 miles and have already replaced all of the driveshaft universals again with greasable units at approximately 84,000 miles

I guess I should have done them all at 84,000
