warranty coverage is there anything I can do??

I have an '06 that now has 48k on it, first let me give a little background, I have always had larry miller dodge handle my warranty work, I bought my '02 from these guys, it had 2 problems under warranty, a clunk in the front end and an AC problem with each of these problems I had to take the truck in a total of 3 times each thats 6 total times for 2 problems with my old '02, now I have an '06 for the last year its had the same problem something feels like its loose in the front end. first time I take the truck in, they replace the steering box, the next time they couldn't find the problem, at this time I told them I noticed some play in the ball joints, they said no they are fine. the next time they replace the joint that is closest to the steering box, winter hits which for some reason seems to make the problem not be able to be felt when its cold, maybe the grease is thicker in the joints. I get busy the wife totals her car, I finally am able to get the truck back in but now its got 48k on it. now the dealer says it is the ball joints and I have no warranty coverage. needless to say I am mad at the thought of having to pay for this out of pocket, its the same problem, feels exactly the same they never fixed it the first time, and given my past history with the old truck, not fixing things right the first time seems to be a pattern for them. I explained all of this to the dealer there, they said why didn't you just use another dealer if you where not happy. I said I am going to, then they said yeah why didn't you take it back to the dealership in idaho where you bought it. which really made me even madder. bottom line is larry miller dodge in sandy utah is not competent enough to fix a flat tire. is there anything I can do to get this covered, I am considering a small claims action against the dealer as an option, any other ideas
