best way to disable truck

I'm going to have to leave my truck unattended for about three weeks. It won't be in a secured area, ie...not fenced. Not a high crime area by any stretch, but I'd still like to disable it so it is extremely difficult to start and drive away. I realize a determined thief will still get it if they want it but hopefully i can slow them down. Any suggestions beyond disconnecting the batteries? I don't have time for anything terribly complicated.
