fog light with high beams

a friend of mine has a 2007 big horn 3500 cimmins ram and wannts to be able to have the fog lights on with the high beams like i did to my 2000 cummins. is there an easy way to do this like on the older ones? looked around a bit and didn't find any info. so thought i'd put it out there. thanx bob
