Bully Dog's Outlook Monitor

Does anyone know if BullyDogs Outlook monitor's performance adjustment is just for looks

or is it really supposed to work. I talked with the Bully Dog rep today and he said when I download the settings from the PowerPup I need to re-select my vehicle in the Outlook monitor. I did what the rep said and did 4 test runs 0-60(Extreme mode),7.25sec (@ 100%), 7.32sec(@75%), 7.37sec(@50%) and 7.54.(@25%). Not a big difference, although the monitor would automatically adjust to 100% when I would make each run to include the 0% selection. Any suggestions?
