How do I open up the EVIC / map light console?

Could someone please let me in on the secret magic used to get into the EVIC console? I can't figure out how to pop it apart

I want to get a 12v power source from there and for the life of me I can't find any tabs or screws etc and I don't want to break that plastic housing.
