I've edited some parts:

I've done some searching and I'm not quite sure exactly where my problem is just yet.

I do not have any rattling, or blocking of air flow.it's purely directional. sometimes.

Currently here is what works and what doesn't:

Hot/cold on any settings works as expected.

Recirculate on dash and foot: mostly dash, slight air from foot and defrost.

Recirculate on dash: works as expected.

Both of these are recirculating as the viscosity is faster.


Dash: all dash, only dash as expected.

Dash and foot: half dash , 40% defrost, 10% foot

Foot: 50% defrost, 50% foot

defrost and foot:" 50% defrost, 50% foot (as expected)
