horn and lights in reverse w/ door open

2007 3500 dually automatic QC LB.

When trying to back up to a trailer I cannot just hop in and bump the truck backwards because if i put it in reverse with the door open and seatbelt off the horn blares. Anyone know how to defeat this?

Really irritating when trying to quietly hook to a trailer quietly in my neighborhood early in the AM.
