Rail Pressure Gauge Wiring??

Trying to install my rail pressure gauge and having trouble with one wire. They want one wire to tap into a hot lead that is only hot (12v, not dimmed) when the headlights are on. (For running the gauge light). I cannot for the life of me find a wire that is activated this way. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
