Need to remove C Pillar Dent

Kissed the C Pillar pulling into the pumps the other day. Got cut off just as I was about to make it, and now have a nice little dent. I want to knock it out, but wonder if anyone knows how to remove the rear seat belt trim, and C Pillar trim on the Quad Cab. Thanks for any help!
