Straight Pipe or Muffler

What are your opinions on straight pipe on the 04.5+? I already got rid of the CAT but the truck still sounds sickly, unlike my 2000 Cummins did. Will the ANSA aluminized 4" system from Geno's take care of this or should I straight pipe it?
