Specs for Lug Nuts and New Center Cap

I don't care for the stock center cap on the 3rd gens. I'd like to get closed-end style lug nuts for my 2004 2500. What are the specs for threading and seat type? Any ideas on a more simple and clean aftermarket center cap?
