Which Lift Kit?

I own a 2007.5 Cummins 3500 4x4 single wheel ... I am wondering which lift would suit my needs and my wallet. My intentions are to get a lift the will allow me to run 35x12.50's ( which i currently have with no lift) plus in the future be able to get offset rims and a front end replacement bumper. I would like to know what height and what brand lift you guys believe would suit me best without making my truck ride like a tank.
